When Robbie Moore joined Blanchard and Calhoun Insurance Agency after he graduated from the University of Georgia, we knew he was something. Armed with a degree in risk management and insurance, Robbie jumped right into the deep end, drawing accolades from clients and colleagues alike. He shrugs off the praise. “I just show up and work hard every day for the best interest of my clients,” he says. Well, that hard work has paid off. In 2017, he was named the InsurPac Young Agent of the Year, an annual award given by the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America. In 2018, he did it again, but this time the Young Agent honor came from the Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia. His daughter, who is more impressed at the moment with her new puppy, suggests that Robbie is actually “a middle aged agent.” Age, as they say, is relative. Robbie’s been with Blanchard and Calhoun Insurance Agency for 16 years, and we still think he’s the best thing since sliced bread. And we ought to know. It was invented nine years after we were.
